My friend and I had a fantastic time through Jay’s company Unique Adventure Nepal. We did the Annapurna circuit with the Tilicho lake extra bit in 13 days and it was perfect; we had a guide (Rahul) and a porter (Binod) both of whom were lovely.

The trek was beautiful despite imperfect weather, in fact the snow was magical in places and we had a stunning view at the top of the high pass. We played cards by the fire every night with our Nepalese friends and wanted for nothing regarding food, water and accommodation. All exceeded our expectations.

Jay was very helpful in airport drop off and pick up, and organising the trek. He is a lovely man, very trustworthy and genuine.

I would wholeheartedly recommend this provider, especially if you are lucky enough to be guided by Rahul, a fantastically upbeat and passionate guide.

The Mera Peak expedition was a complete success thanks to Jay. He gave us a super friendly welcome at the airport, and we were even the only ones wearing flower leis. From the flights to the Sherpa for the summit, everything was perfectly organized and booked. Everything went smoothly. Highly recommended for this fantastic service!

Jay was an absolute pleasure to work with; he was efficiently communicative, and helped with all necessary steps along the way - traveling from US and trekking solo, it was a relief to have Jay arrange my permits, and Sherpa whom guided my up Lobuche Peak. I would certainly work with his agency again, and send friends their way!

Had an absolutely wonderful time on the Manaslu Circuit with Unique Nepal Adventure! The communication with Jay before the trek was very easy, and during the trek, our guide Sobit and porter Navin both did an amazing job. Everything was well-organised, and Sobit and Navin created a great atmosphere!

After a truly awful previous experience with another trekking company during my Mera Peak expedition, I was extremely cautious about choosing a new provider. The last trip involved a late airport pickup, being hassled by strangers at the airport, a hotel with broken amenities (no working A/C, hot shower, or TV remote), and worst of all—a climbing guide who was frequently drunk and smoking in front of me. I even had to pay extra for a jeep ride that was supposed to be covered by cancelled flight refunds and dealt with a porter coming to my room intoxicated, asking for more tips. It was a disaster.

This time, however, I was introduced to this company by a local Sherpa—and after doing my own research, I decided to give them a chance. I do not regret it at all.

From the moment I arrived in Kathmandu, everything was smooth and professional. Airport pickup was on time, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and up to standard. My guide was incredibly attentive, smart, and resourceful—always thinking ahead and giving me excellent guidance throughout the trip. The crew was equally commendable: respectful, focused, and professional. Most importantly, there was no smoking or drinking during the expedition, which I deeply appreciated.

I booked the Island Peak climb with them and had an absolutely awesome time. They were trustworthy and transparent and answered all my questions and doubts patiently.

We were in the Naar Phu valley. From Koto village to Meta, then to Kyang, followed by beautiful Phu, one night in a monastery below Naar village and Naar village followed. The last huge challenge was crossing the Kang La Pass at 5320m. Our guide, Jay, took great care of us the whole time and was very helpful in getting us through the whole trip. Thank you very much, and we recommend it.

It was a great trekking with jay trough ktm valley!! Definitely I would recommend it. Jay knows about every topic and the walks are so interesting
