As a female solo traveller finding the right trekking team was harder than it looked but after many hours of browsing reviews and websites finally the Unique Nepal adventure Treks & Expedition team was found.

From our initial conversation Jay was there to guide you , answer all questions, provide you with so much information and most of all put you at ease that you are in safe hands as with 20 years experience he has seen and heard all the worries of both solo and group trekkers.

After many days of debating on what trek to chose from as a beginner and an inexperienced trekker, I finally choose Nar Phu Valley trek as it is still a very untouched unexplored trek. Nepali people refer to it as the “Hidden Valley “. This route I felt was good for a beginner with one high pass , it allows you time to dip your feet in and get a feel of what more challenging routes would endeavour and has a range of mountain cultural life .

Jay and Binod my fantastic porter educated me on the various mountain cultures, basic living , life appreciation, showed me breathtaking landscapes and of course guided me over the Kang LA high pass of 532O meters with out a scratch. We shared many laughs , stories and I hope to return again soon to explore a new trek :)

I did the Three Passes Trek in November with Dipak and it was one of the best treks I've ever done! Dipak took care of all the organizing during the trek and Jay provided all the information beforehand efficiently and clearly. I was well supported throughout the trek and had great time. Hopefully I will be able to go trekking again in the Himalayas! Three Passes is a great alternative for the ones who are ready to leave the crowded trails of EBC trek and see more. It is tough in times but SO worth it. Thanks Dipak for everything, such a caring guide!

My girlfriend and I had an amazing experience exploring Nepal via Unique travel organization from Jaya Gurung. Great supervision, very kind guide and porter for the hike. They organized everything very well - permits, good rooms in the lodges, restaurants. Next to that thanks to the team we were well prepared for the track. We even could borrow down jackets from Jay.

Would definitely recommend this organization to others!
