Medicine is very important; if you have any ailment, you must carry the medicine with you. "Prevention is better than cure." In the mountain regions, we can’t find any healthcare facilities, clinics, or hospitals. If there is a clinic, you may not get the medicine you need for your problem. So, I humble request that you prepare if you are continually taking any medicine. Please bring it with you or buy it in Kathmandu. It is very important, but our company will provide something in a first aid kit, normally for a headache, fever, stomach problems such as diarrhea, cough, and cold, some bandages, tape, and Diamox for high altitude sickness, etc.
