Then, take lunch in Jorsalle.
You should cross many suspension bridges, including the longest and deepest bridge, called the Hillary Bridge. After crossing it, you should ascend steeply uphill for around 2 to 2.5 hours to get to Namche Bazar. It is approximately a 6/7-hour journey from Phakding to Namche Bazar. Stay at a nice lodge here.

The Everest View Trek costs US $350 per person, which is a service. Included are meals, accommodation, permits, and a guide.
