When is the best time to visit Manaslu Trek?

Manaslu trekking is one of the authentic adventure high passes for exploring the local lifestyle, culture, tradition, and religion. We can say the best time is autumn, and spring always has the best weather and temperature, with crystal clear, open views. The monsoon is mostly cloudy and rainy, with no good visibility, but trekking can be possible and sometimes open. Winter is too snowy and cold, and most of the mountain people drop out. The lodge will be closed; that’s why we don’t recommend January and February.

  • Autumn Season: September, October, November, and December.
  • Main Winter: January and February: heavy snow and closed the lodges
  • Spring Season: March, April, and May—always fine weather.
  • Monsoon Season: June, July, and August—rainy and cloudy.

    Great and comfortable adventure

We did the Manaslu Circuit trek on November 2023, organized by Jay from Unique Nepal Adventures. Our guide was Sonam. We had a wonderful time. Jay informed us about everything before going, and Sonam was the best guide you could imagine. He cared for our health, comfort, and budget, :) He knows when to give you some space and when to chat. We could just focus on enjoying the trek. We arrived at Larke Pass well-acclimatized and with minimal difficulty. If we had any issues, we just asked Sonam for help. Both Jay and Sonam were very flexible to whatever change we wanted to make before and during the trek. Can recommend the company for any adventures
